Abstract
The objective of this guide is to provide simple, basic and structured information on when and how to do IP valuation. In this guide we mainly focus on patent valuation in order to provide a practical tool that can help users and give them an orientation tool when needing to price an asset. This is a tool mainly aimed to professionals working on companies or other organizations, on technology transfer activities, which aren’t valuation experts but for whom these tools can be very useful.
