Abstract

<jats:p xml:lang="en">&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 8pt; line-height: 14pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: black;"&gt;Energy Performance Certificates are a key tool for achieving energy efficiency in the building sector. The existence of this type of legislation provides incentives for the energy renovation of buildings, increases energy-efficiency investments, and improves social welfare.
