Daniel Santos, CEGIST member, presented the ImproveOR project in the Radio program “90 seconds of Science”. In the short segment, Daniel Santos summarized the ImproveOR project, explaining how it proposes decision support tools aiming to improve efficiency and quality in the Operating Room management, through five main tasks: Surgical processes reengineering, Stakeholders’ preferences modelling, Case mix planning and master surgery scheduling, Elective surgery scheduling and Results dissemination.
